What will you be responsible for?
You will be working as an integral member of an agile scrum team developing a new product. Your responsibilities will depend on your skills and hopefully you’ll be able to use all of them to help us bring this product to market.   One day you’ll be participating in design sessions and code reviews while assisting in technical architecture based on business requirements. The next day you will be diving into a session with a coworker where you jointly design the flow on one of the new pages, debating usability. 

·         1+ years of experience developing web applications and you “get” the HTTP model

·         Ruby on Rails experience

·         XHTML / CSS / JavaScript

·         MVC 

·         Willingness to adopt scrum or existing scrum experience.

·         Testing experience whether unit tests or TDD exposure.

·         REST exposure and resource oriented design experience.

·         Usability and UI design.

·         Prototype / Scriptaculous

·         RSpec / BDD

·         Semantic HTML and Microformats

·         Mephisto experience

·         Rails deployment experience, (Lighttpd, Apache, Nginx, Litespeed, Mongrel)

·         Camping, Rack, etc.
